After several years of working with other contractors, I opened Vigil Construction in 1989. While attempting to discover the area in which I would like to specialize, I took on many different types of projects. During this time, I realized that the area in which I excelled was the remodeling of kitchens and bathrooms. since then, I have created numerous projects throughout the Bay Area and have established an outstanding reputation for quality craftsmanship with attention to detail.
I am a full service general contractor, and I am licensed, bonded and insured. I am a hands-on contractor who is on the job site every day. the responsibility of running the project rests solely on the shoulders of one individual, rather than multiple subcontractors on one project. The services that I provide include rough and finish carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and tiling of all kinds, including ceramic, marble and granite. I also hang Sheetrock and do my own taping, texturing and painting.
I am available to discuss the design, layout and plans for any projects you may be involved in or may be contemplating. The advantage of my company's viewpoint early in the design phase of a project can be invaluable and can minimize the costs of a project and the need for change orders after the project has begun.
